Cancellation Policy

At Work Wonderful, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching and consulting services. To ensure a seamless experience for all clients, please review our session booking policy below: 1. Scheduling & Payment All sessions must be scheduled in advance using our online booking system or by contacting us directly. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We offer single-session bookings as well as package options for ongoing support. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling We understand that schedules may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% session fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full session fee. If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to find a new time. 3. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients' appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered a no-show, and the full session fee will apply. 4. Refunds & Transfers Session fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future session if rescheduled within the allowed timeframe. Coaching and consulting packages must be used within the agreed-upon timeframe, and unused sessions are non-refundable. 5. Confidentiality & Professionalism All sessions are confidential and conducted in a professional, respectful environment. We expect clients to engage in sessions with openness and a commitment to their growth and development.
