My Story.
I'm Latoya Tardy, Founder and Chief Workforce Strategist of Work Wonderful,LLC, but you can call me "Coach LT". For years, I’ve worked in places and spaces where people are hired, promoted, shifted around—and I’ve experienced the same journey myself. Whether it’s climbing the corporate ladder, launching a business, leading global teams, navigating career transitions, facing downsizing, or striving for work-life balance, one thing remains constant: life and career will always intersect. And when they do, finding the right path forward can be challenging.
After a decade with my last company, experiencing downsizing firsthand, I knew it was time to take everything I’ve learned and use it to help others. That’s why I founded Work Wonderful —to turn my 20+ years of expertise into strategies that make the overlap of work and life less stressful and more fulfilling.
